| As for the demands of packing machine in indraught and assimilation , the combination of reverse study and genetic algorithm and original packing technique was proposed .This idea was used for the mechanical machine design. At the same time, some topics concerned with inverse study of packing machine theory based on the genetic algorithm modeling were presented.For the detail structure of pushing equipment, the mathematical model was proposed using planar projection algorithm based on the former experiences. Combining optimum theory the optical object with four parameters was determined. The Due to genetic algorithm (GA), the design and technical parameters consistent with the original designing were solved, further to get the original mathematical model of original designing. Based on the mathematical model, the optimal designing can be finished in reverse, hence, to improve the original design.GA is applied in the mechanical engineering successfully for the optimal design of mechanical scheme and machine parameters. The GA is extended for the optimal design of packing mechanism in this study. Some key techniques for solving single object with multi parameters were" investigated. Finally the original iterative method of GA was improved, therefore, the convergence to local optimal solution can be avoided but the convergence to global optimal solution can be accelerated. Thanks to this work the trouble of optimum for single object with multi parameters was dismissed. One software making the process visible was designed based on MATLAB, and one flow diagram was given also. All these software and diagram can be extended and applied in practical processes. It's proved to be highly effective by the example. |
