Based On The Tms320f240 Magnetic Bearing System Debugging And Control Software Development

Active Magnetic Bearing(AMB)is a typical mechtronical system. With the mastery of the technology of AMB gradually, AMB will be applied to many fields. The debugging and controlling of AMB system is an important factor in system performance.With the requirement of simplify debugging and controlling method, we developed the debugging and controlling software of the AMB system.The paper gave the framework of the whole system, designed the communication module. According to the requirement of debugging and controlling, the paper also developed the software in PC, used the Object-Oriented design ideas; based on the analysis of the original PID programming and variable frequency power programming, designed the assembling programming which has the communication function. The software realized the debugging and controlling of the AMB system.
