With the development of computer technology,the networking,information technology,it has brought the development rapidly in the manufacturing industry automation rapid.The networked manufacturing industry are more and more widely put in the practice,this has brought the manufacturing industry revolutionary transformation.The swift development's network technique let the manufacturing industry achieve global sharing,achieve the resources use reasonably,improve the production efficiency gradually.The networked manufacture becomes the popular topic in the manufacturing industry in the 21st century.Networked DNC(Distributed Numerical Control) emerges at the same time,more and more person's pay attention to it and develop it.Therefore the networked manufacturing platform is exploitured,it can well manage and the organize manufacture,it effectively optimizes the equipment resources of the Production workshop.This let the numerical control equipment display the biggest potency,and realize the manufacturing industry high automation,the agility,he integration.The serial communication has the advantage of simple connection,nimble convenient use,data reliably transfer and so on.It was widespread applied in the industry monitoring,the data acquisition and the real-time control system.It can solve the the reliability and timeliness effectively of serial communiation from the thread and the news multitasking programming,and it can enhance the data transmission the volume of goods handled and the application procedure reliability.Through it may solve this problem effectively based on the thread and the news multitasking programming,and can enhance the data transmission the volume of goods handled and the application procedure reliability.In this paper,CNC(computer numerical control) milling machining center, CNC lathe and other equipment are carried out research and analysis,this paper puts up the platform based on networked manufacturing.This paper puts the machine interface of RS232 as the communication interface,ragards Visual C++6.0 as the development tool,developes serial communication sot]ware.Major jobs are as follows:1.This paper builds hardware platform based on serial port server.According to engine bed's situation and the pattern of the interface,it uses the serial port server to expand the number of serial port effectively.So it increases the numerical control equipment in the network DNC,realizes the network platform extendibility. Meanwhile we used the switchboard on the hardware to come to increase the transmitting range of the signal effectively,thus the signal was reliably transported.2.In this paper serial communication software is successfully developed,this software has the function of upload,download NC program and so on.It can realize the serial port communication reliably and stably.The main achievement of the software is data communications of single PC and many machines.3.This paper realizes the engine bed and computer's interconnection with Win32API and the multi-thread technology,it solves the many data transmission point-to-point question,the data conflict question and so on.Thus it achieves the data transmission stably and reliably,realizes local area network pattern in the workshop, thus raises the production efficiency.
