The properties of the laminated membrane coupling based on the non-linearity of finite element method are presented in this dissertation. It is divided into several parts listed in the following content: The FEM model of the laminated membrane coupling is built; Three kind of membrane coupling in different topology with predominant performance is developed and also the comparison between these three is listed; The model of the laminated membrane coupling considering the influence of gaskets is built on the conflict theory of FEM, which may be the base in some analysis of this kind of coupling; In the last part of the paper, the dynamic behavior including the modal and harmonic analysis of the coupling is discussed. For the item listed above, programs in APDL on the modeling and analysis of the coupling are provided to raise the versatility and productivity.
