For recent ten years, with the rapid development of economy in our country, there is a significant growth of air traffic flow. The original air traffic control system cannot satisfy the increasing traffic day by day. And improving air traffic control facilities cannot readily solve the problem of air traffic increase. Instead, new ways should be found in modifying the ways of air traffic control by creating mathematics models for airport, terminal area and air route and laying out and optimizing the traffic flow and procedure of air traffic control.In this paper, we mainly optimize the flight profile of the aircraft, simulate the 4D-Flight of them and research the application of sequence in arrival aircraft scheduling in terminal area. Firstly, we create the mathematics models for simulating 4D-Flight. Then we can compute the ETA, the time when the aircraft descends and the SID points restriction of altitude and speed in terminal area. Secondly, we expand the method of fuzzy integrated judge in aircraft sequencing. It is the advantage that the method of fuzzy integrated judge can simulate the man's decision.
