This paper is absorbed in the research of the nondestructive testing theory about airport rigid pavements, which is on semi-infinite viscoelastic foundation to moving load.Based on the transform of coordinate and principle of superposition, a generalized integral formula dealing with moving load problem is established. An impulse response function used in the integral is obtained by means of Laplace and Hankel transform. The analytic solution to the moving load problem of plate is evaluated by converting variables. Using this analytic solution, a numeric integral can be obtained. A series of conclusions can be abstracted from the result of numeric integral: 1. the direction of response is not always downwards, sometimes maybe upwards, so the pavement may get flex drawing stress and flex pressing stress to the moving load; 2. the response of pavement has fast attenuation about the loading point, because of the damp.At last, this paper utilizes the analytic solution to backcalculate the foundation parameter.
