This paper sets up a new calculataional model of the airport rigid pavement — the infinite elastic slab on viscoelastic kelvin foundation, and is absorbed in the research on theory and methods of the separable overlay on exisiting rigid concrete pavements, which is on viscoelastic kelvin foundation to moving load.Based on the transform of coordinates and principle of superposition, a generalized Duhamel's integral formula dealing with moving load problem is established. An impulse response function used in the generalized Duhamel's integral is obtained by means of Laplace and Hankel transform. The analytic solution of the moving load problem of plate is evaluated by converting variables. The numerical solution is gotten by gauss intergration and a calculation progamme by the methods of numeric integration in Fortran is provided. The thickness of the overlay is achieved. The intention of this paper is to set up the connection between the Nondestructive testing system and the methods. If the parameter of the overlay and the old pavement is measured, the thickness of it can be obtained straightly through this connection.
