The super tall building will get more and more extensive application with our national economy and society fast development and the increment of the population density of city, therefore, it is necessary to taking careful research on the reasonable structural form of super tall building and the method which could exactly calculate the dynamic respond of this system.Mega-sub controlled frame is a kind of ideal super tall building structure configuration; it appears with the development of the structural engineering and the control theory, synthesizing the special form of Mega-sub frame which is made up of two classes frames and the basic thought of the control theory, engineers create the Mega-sub controlled frame.This paper takes work on the theoretic deduction, numerical analysis, optimal parameter and numerical emulation to study the Mega-sub controlled frame. Using the conclusion, a reformative structural form is introduced; it is named the Multiple mega-sub controlled frame in this paper.This paper uses of the actual mechanics form, cantilever bending stiffness is adopted in the mega structure, however shearing stiffness in the sub structure. Based on the complex mode theory, this paper gains the expression of dynamical response of the system based the model of municipal No.l building of Tokyo City and analyses the affection of the main parameters (stiffness and damping) on the two configurations (sustaining type and hang type). The results indicate that the rational stiffness of the sub structure can control the deformation of the mega structure perfectly, but the acceleration of the sub structure increases at the same time. Based on the phenomenon, this paper introduces the Multiple mega-sub controlled frame and its step design method, it can be generalized as the following approach: First, we look for the optimal stiffness of the sub structure to control the deformation of the mega structure under the wind load. Second, we optimize the parameters of the turned mass damper (TMD) which are installed in the sub structure to have the acceleration be controlled, and then we realize the overall objective. At last this paper uses the ECPM method to optimize the parameters of TMD and utilize Simulink to simulate the dynamical response. The results prove that the TMD don't change the characteristic of the mega structure but it could reduce the dynamical response of the sub structure observably. So the Multiple mega-sub controlled frame is a kind of ideal super tall building structure configuration, it will have the bright future.
