We research various Loads under actual application (actual combat) to simulate the variable loads condition, inspecting the influence for gun stability, speediness and accuracy caused by friction torque, impact moment in emission state and the variable turn inertia, all of which have important meaning for rasing the practicality of servo system..Naval Equipment Department and 206 Research Institude of Aerosnautics and Astronautics put forward this command to research a simulative load system for digital servo system and provide the basic technical index , We undertake this task.. My paper have processed under this engineering background and done the following tasks:1. I have deeply analyzed the load variety for gun servo system, researched the load environment of gun servo system in track and emission state and discussed the influence caused by friction torque and nonbalanceable torque for gun servo system2. Via the analysis of load environment, I have designed the corresponding load project and purchased BH5105 ISA data acquisition card produced by Art Company and configured it correctly We have flexibly applyed drive amplifier working in torque state which replaces traditional load type as a kind of load .3. By MotionLink and VC++ software, the control software can be realized-Meawhile, I have expounded the advancd programme technology used in this project4. For inspecting the effect of simulative load system, I have also participated in researching a Permanent-Magnet AC synchronous digital servo system which has the following components: IPC controller and high performance drive amplifier..5. For inspecting the validity of simulative load system, I have connected with the servo system and simulative load system and done many experiments on these systems.6. I have done the useful attempt in remote control for servo system..The results show that the load design is reasonably, the load software can validly simulative load environment, provide an effective method to enhance the performance of servo system and also can check the robustness of servo system and the practicability of control methods...
