As a key integral part in the guided weapons, the coordinator completes theidentification and tracking of targets driven by the framework-motor. At present,the servo system of framework-motor in our country works on DC servo motorcoupled with a potentiometer. The shortcomings of low efficiency, poor stabilityand complex structure greatly limit its applications in the missile. With magneticencoder, permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system can solve theproblems of the DC servo system. Therefore, the development of a reliablestructure, good stability and the framework-motor control precision AC servosystem is of great significance.In order to determine the design program of framework-motor, firstly,analysis the requirements of coordinator to frame-motor to obtain the low torqueripple, high response speed and high stability of the design goals. Secondly,select and determine the slot of the motor pole with the program on the motorstator and rotor structure on which basis calculated the structure parameters. Thenuse the JMAG software focus on analysis of the torque ripple, flux density, verifythe rationality of the structure of the motor program.After the build of control model of frame-motor, completed the design ofcurrent loop, the velocity loop, and the position loop based on the feedbackcontrol principle. Focus on the low torque ripple and fast response through thesimulation based on Matlab/simulink, found that the torque pulsation can meetthe design requirements But the response of position loop have a little slow,subsequently, add feedforward control method based on the feedback controlmodel to improve the response speed in order to meet the design objectives.Improve the magnetic encoder calibration system, thus improve system stabilitywhile increasing function of the detection and setting of the motor operatingparameters.Completed the build of the main control circuit, drive circuit and auxiliarycircuit of the test platform. Based on the national military standards for reliabilitycalculation to get the conclusion of the platform to meet the military standards;Completed the programming and debugging of the control program based on thehardware platform. The back EMF, delay time of power devices, magnetic encoder calibrationsystem and the motor control system were systematically tested. Test resultsshowed that the motor structural design is reasonable and that the motor torqueripple and response speed to meet the design requirements.The test verified thesubject motor structural optimization and controller design is reasonable.
