A kind of actator servo loading control system is studied in this disseration.The system is a brushful DC torque motor control system with acontrol core of TMS320LF2407A DSP(Ditigal singal processor) .The system has the characteristic of high tract precision,fast response and high reliability,and it caneliminate system extra force .First,in the dissertation some effective control methods are presented to eliminate the extra force.Then the extra force produced principle is discussed in detail,and some factors what influence the extra force are given. In order to improving the loading performance and eliminating the extra force ,a mixed-style control methods is selected. The dissertation is made up of five parts : system design, system model design, controller design, system simulation , syetem hardware design and software design, because of higher loading frequency and precision ,the system design is more difficult. In system design some correlation problems are discussed and analyzed. |
