Customer Relationship Management as a bond connect corporation with customer, which engages more and more people's attention. Electrical customer service system is the embodiment of the electrical high grate service. Through analyzing the business of electrical customer service center, combining the present development of call center technology ,the design is used to implement the Call Center system for electrical customer service. According to different realization method of CTI skill, analyzing two design projects of electrical customer Call Center system.This paper designs the detail functions of electrical customer service system, such as electrical business consultation , electrical business inquiry ,electricity cost management, electrical business acceptance, electrical malfunction report, information service, and flow diagram of the system .Based on the mostly functions, workout the electrical customer service center's agent interface.For strengthening the service for customer, based on the geographic information system, Call Center , SCADA ,GPS etc are connected to Electrical fault management system. Fault management, fault orientation, voice service and tracking, supervising, rush repair scheduling for electrical repair vehicle are realized in the system.The paper how to use data mining in the electrical power industry's CRM. The example discussed two patterns clustering and classification of data mining in the electric load. Measures, tables, figures, and conclusion are given .We can do more things by studying them.
