Under the wave of intelligent city construction,according to the domestic current situation of the urban underground pipeline management,and combining with the wisdom of city construction,a provincial government in combination with many years'experience in the regulation of oil and gas pipelines is planning to set up Oil and gas pipeline comprehensive management information system platform and telephone call centers which can provide the underground pipeline query service for the enterprises and the public.Call center construction facilities and calling system can provide pipe protection for construction enterprises and the public knowledge consultation,and underground pipeline query service.In this paper,through making study and analysis about the software project quality management of books,papers and authoritative books and periodicals data both at home and abroad,the technical theory of software project quality management can promote the efficiency and benefits of the project quality management.In this paper,the object is locking supervision call center system project,based on the related practice and theory basis of quality management for oil and gas pipelines in software project,and the quality management problems that exist in the call center system is analyzed,which includes the quality goal does not accord with the reality problem,demand analysis and project planning control work does not reach the designated position problem as well as quality management do not have independent management ability and quality management document problems such as lack of complete specifications,and by means of multiple points of view and a full range of project quality management plan is designed.Overall,in this paper,based on the study of project quality management,the SY company currently is optimized to improve project quality management method,in view of the project quality planning process,the process of quality control and quality assurance of the actual situation,the organization structure to form,optimize the quality management standard process,rational planning of project quality plan,the software requirements,documentation,and configuration constructive optimization scheme is proposed.The actual project evaluation effect show that the improved scheme has a positive impact on the project smoothly.
