In the development of the power system reform, the service management and quality of the power requirement are related directly to the economy efficiency and the development of the enterprise. The call center of power can improve on the inner management for the power supply enterprise, and can provide the multiple services to the consumer. Form the background of Yaan Power Group, this paper introduced the call center of power, studied the architecture of the call center, and introduced the new methods to detect and analysis the power network operation. The methods improved the management of the power system, and the operation indicated that implementation the call center of power in the power system could obtain more advantages than the other enterprise that not implemented the call center of power. The Yaan power group resorted the call center of power becomes the first local enterprise which implemented the integrity call center and the call center is in operation. And this paper can be use for reference by the other local enterprise.
