Automotive Clutch Support Ring Manufacturing Technology And Testing Devices Developed

Welding quality of support ring is an important factor in guaranteeing Diaphragm Spring clutch's service life. Therefore, to improving the welding quality of support ring, this dissertation analyzed the influence of material's chemical composition on welding capability based on some performance test, brought forward the principle of suitable material's selection for support ring. Based on the theory of welding heat transferred, the dissertation put forward the means and the principle of technology parameter's optimization. Based on the force fettle which acted on the support ring when Diaphragm Spring clutch worked, references to the test equipment produced in Standard product factory belong to Nanjing Yuejin group, a set of simple, economical and convenient for installing test equipment was designed to realize ration test for welding quality of support ring. Following, completed the design of air pressure control circuit and nonstandard spring. Chose the right sensor and data collecting card, written the program that control data collecting system.
