| Threaded rod belongs to studs,as a fully threaded stud,it is one of the fasteners that widely used.Name as "Industry Rice",it is the irreplaceable assemble and connection parts in machinery industry.Threaded rods are extensively applied in construction,mechanical equipment,bridge,wind power area,oil field etc. Rolling threads is the thread making procedure,which is a necessary step in threaded rods manufacturing.The original sending and collecting material are made by hand,its heavy work load and low efficiency restricted development for this product,Our manufacture technology for threaded rods still fall behind others compared with fasteners standardization and professionalization.The degree of automation on rolling machine, can enhance efficiency for producing,decrease heavy working load,save labor cost and increase enterprise revenue.The main content and achievement for this thesis is as follows1.This dissertation mainly does research on current situation of sending material and collecting material on rolling machine.this automatic design can increase automation of manufacturing.decreasing cost,and making quality more stable,so that Chinese fasteners can become competitive in the international market.2.According to the principle of mechanical design and analysis all aspects on different types mechanical rotations,we have designed the best scheme combined with threaded rods manufacturing environment.The accessories dimensions and construction come from the idea of transmission parts.the control circuit is projected and confirmed on electric circuit principle and selection method.3.This design includes manufacturing,installation and testing,it lowers labor cost sharply after using this sending and collecting method.One worker,using2rolling machines can do8machines at the same time.The monthly capacity has been increased from16.8tons into71.2tons,which is4.2times than before.This has greatly reduced the intensity of labor,solved recruitment problem and brought actual economic benefits for the enterprise.4.1have concluded and analyzed the process and application of automatically sending and collecting material design,this automatic application will make sure our mechanical manufacturing to become more efficient and qualified,so that the difference between world class super mechanical ability can be shortened,the level of industrialization and manufacturing can be increased. |
