Nonlinear properties of paving material, such as, visco-elasticity and visco-plasticity of Superpave mixtures are considered to be the major contributors to rutting.we built a model of pavement by a finite element software, ANSYS. By analyzing the result derived from Ansys and APBI, we get a model can give us very promising profiles of displacement.A four-parameter creep model was used to characterize the nonlinear properties of the Superpave mixtures. A set of results of creep tests were adopted. The results were analyzed in the multiple regression technique to capture the parameters in the proposed creep model. The contact shape between tire and road surface is not circle .On the other hand ,the load distribution can't be described as uniform and it is very different with the change of load level and tire pressure, especially when the vehicle are overloaded. And in the research we take the type of tread into account, because the type of tread pattern varies so much that the tire pressure is more complex and irregular.
