With the beginning of introduce on the threat of present and future battleground against armored vehicle, this article analysis internal and overseas situation of this field, and claims that the effective technologic means to enhance armored vehicle's viability is the active-protection technology. This article researches the decision-making process of armored vehicle's active-protection technology. According the research of this problem, author believes that:1. Multi-function decision theory is a nonidentity science. It's also an effective decision-making system of high level. It can be used in the field of military, society, economy and culture.2. Armored vehicle's active-protection system is the future of armored vehicle's protection technology. As a new style of hi-tech weapon's system, the initial demonstration is very important. Is has close relationship with the development of research and the function of system. It also could affect combat efficiency of armored vehicle platform.3. According the research, author thinks that the development of our country's armored vehicle technology needs us to establish armored vehicle's active-protection system, which mainly advocate to anti-missile and use smoke curtain and laser as assistant mains. This also submits to the demand of modern warfare.The main purpose of equipment verification experts is to verify weapon system by scientific means. In this research, author researches the project of armored vehicle's active-protection system by modern decision-making theory and means. What's active-protection system by modern decision-making theory and means? What's important is not the result, but the new technology used in process of decision-making, which makes a scientific, reasonable and superior decision.
