Research on computer simulation is very significant for the optimization design of refrigeration system and device, also it can promote the modernization of product design process, and reduce the product cost and R&D period.This paper proposes a mathematics model for the simulation of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems based on distributed parameters. With the equalization of quality, momentum and energy ,the main sectors of a system model can be connected and solved. The friendly interface of simulation software is developed with Visual Basic. With the help of the software, the influence of compressor speed, the velocity and temperature of air flowing across condenser and that across evaporator, the length of capillary tube and refrigerant inventory on the performance of refrigeration system are investigated , which can provide basis for further research, meanwhile, the corresponding changing curves are provided.
