For nonazeotropic mixed cascade refrigeration system study, the research of cascade refrigeration device driven by single stage compressor, with ternary mixture as refrigerant R22 /R23/R14, through theoretical analysis, simulation and simulation analysis, the mixed working medium in low temperature zone around-100 ℃ temperature regions of thermodynamic properties were discussed, through simulation and analysis under the condition of low temperature factors that influence efficiency of cascade refrigeration system. Studies the main contents are the following several aspects:1. The cascade refrigeration system is introduced in this paper application field and points out that the automatic cascade refrigeration system in research value and trend of low temperature refrigeration unit and introduces development status of the gas liquid separator.2. The theoretical analysis of the main factors influencing the cascade refrigeration system.3. The mathematical model of the gas-liquid separator, through computer simulation to simulate a gas-liquid separator, to determine the influence the efficiency of the separation of gas and liquid separator and make improvement.4. To design a good gas-liquid separator before test and improvement of gas liquid separator.5. Factors affecting the separation efficiency of the cooling system is analyzed, further through the experiment to determine a more reasonable matching scheme.6. Conclusion in this paper can be improved, and put forward the direction of further research.This article mainly from the level of simulation experiment, the existing single stage compression three non azeotropic agent simulation studies the performance of the refrigeration unit, find better simulation method. Effectively reduce the testing time, personnel, capital cost, and can achieve more accurate results.
