The traditional measurement system of impact sensitivity is not automatic and has few functions and bad security, and the measurement result is affected deeply by subjective factors because the evidence is single. The intelligent measurement system designed by this paper include not only the device that has high automatic degree, steady performance, easy operation and beautiful appearance, but also a whole set of sovle project for the measurement of impact sensitivity.The main contents are as follows:1. Using automatic technology, design the mechanic structure, set up the hardware flat, mend the corresponding parts include hammer, takeup and bracket subsystem according the new requirement.2. Test and control system include field control subsystem with few functions and PC remote control subsystem. PC communicates with PLC by PC/PPI cable. The intelligence of the measurement system is indicated by the software named measurement information management system in PC, which based on MS SQL Server database system and is designed by Matrix VB. The software not only manage and query the information expediently, but also get the filed measurement information and control the parts to carry out the test.3. In the measurement of impact sensitivity, to avoid the limitation of single sensor, the multi-sensors information fusion technology based on fuzzy mathematics and D-S evidence theory is applied. The process of information fusion is given, and the establishment of membership grade function and basic probability distribution function are discussed.
