| In view of engineering application, based on the dynamic nonlinear explicit finite element method, some, key techniques of finite element modeling such as model simplification, meshing density and definition of material parameters are argued. Combined with the spoil style of thin-wall girder, the crash performance of the straight-shape, taper-shape and straight sine-shape are analyzed. Then the author studies the influence of crash performance when different materials, thickness and structure parameters are given. For some car carling with auto-transmission, the finite element model has been built and analyzed. Then, in the foreside of this car carling a sine-shape ripple board is designed, which changed the peak of sine-shape ripple board into a fake plastic field center. In order to confirm the validity of optimization, the comparing analysis of crash simulation of car carling and foreside deformation field is made. Simulation results indicate: if the component with this style is used, the wave of acceleration become smaller, the peak descends largely and the difference between peak and average acceleration is also proper. |
