Hydraulic elevators are one type of elevators. In the face of the fast improvement of elevator without machine room, the development of hydraulic elevator is hard and dim. The biggest disadvantage of hydraulic elevator is huge consume of energy, which is the way of hydraulic elevator developing.Hydraulic elevator energy-saving control system with accumulator is come up with in order to reduce consume of energy of hydraulic elevator, which is a new type of hydraulic elevator system. The system includes an accumulator that stores and releases pressure oil, an equipment that changes potential energy of the car into pressure energy of oil or contrarily, and achieves the aim of saving energy.Basing on the oiled pumping station of the system, the paper makes comprehensive theoretical and experimental researches on it, analyses the pressure and torque characteristic, test the max value of velocity and load, and proposes improving ideas and plan aiming at extending the system to application field.The dissertation consists of five chapters:The first chapter is based on abundance literature and achievement gained, introduces the grow of hydraulic elevator and market status, predicts the trend of hydraulic elevator, explains the status of control technique and energy-saving technique of hydraulic elevator in detail, and specially introduces the structure and the working principle of hydraulic elevator energy-saving control system with accumulator. At last, the project significance, main research contents and the difficulties of this project are provided.The second chapter makes the detailed analyze in several sides on the new oiled pumping station. Firstly, it newly calculates characteristic parameter and consume of energy. Secondly, the working process and characteristic of accumulator are analyzed. And then, the equipment of the pumping station, the system connecting electrical motor and pump, is analyzed. At last, the control capability of the system is analyzed.The third chapter designs the computer testing and controlling system and the interface board of signals, and introduces the software of the system.The fourth chapter is the most important part. Accounting to the second chapter, this chapter make experiments to research the characteristic parameter of oiled pumping station, the control capability, and the accumulator, and analyzes the different between theoretical research and experiments.The fifth chapter summarizes all the research contents, and some advises are given for the future of the project research.In summary, the dissertation roundly researches the oiled pumping station of hydraulic elevator energy-saving control system with accumulator in detail, achieves a few conclusions and results, and improves the hydraulic elevator.
