In our daily lives and industrial production, hydraulic products accounts for a largeproportion. However, due to the hydraulic elevator has energy loss, low transmissionefficiency, the competitiveness of hydraulic elevator is seriously affected on the market.Therefore, reduce energy consumption is the key to development of hydraulic elevators.In this thesis, on the basis of the status of hydraulic elevator at home and abroad andthe various hydraulic energy-saving circuits designed the energy-saving elevator’s hydraulicsystem. Theoretical analysis of the elevator’s energy-saving effect, and combined withsimulation and experimental research, the dynamic characteristic of the hydraulic system isanalyzed, and proposed methods to reduce the energy consumption of the hydraulic system,provides a theoretical basis for practical engineering applications in the future. The maincontent of the paper is as follows:1. Hydraulic system of the energy-saving elevator is designed, also theoreticalcalculation and analysis of the energy saving effect of the hydraulic system.2. The energy consumption of traditional hydraulic elevator and energy-savinghydraulic elevator is compared, and draw the conclusion that the hydraulic system of thisthesis consumes less energy.3. Establish the power bond graph of the elevator upward and downward, and deducethe mathematics model of the elevator hydraulic system.4. Using the tool of MATLAB and King View, dynamic simulation researches of theenergy-saving elevator in upward and downward condition are given, and the dynamiccharacteristics of the hydraulic system are studied.5. Through simulation analysis: energy-saving hydraulic elevator in different loadoperation, the adjustment time of the hydraulic cylinder speed is short, and the change of loadon the speed stability has little effect, the speed response of this hydraulic system is better;The hydraulic system of energy recovery faster and release slower, so, this system complywith the design requirements.6. Some problems are pointed, which should be solved in the future about hydraulicsystem’s dynamic characteristics of the energy-saving elevator.
