As an important developing orientation of hydraulic elevator, the VVVF hydraulic elevator has the advantages of energy saving and outstanding speed adjustment performance. Our research team has been devoted to the research of VVVF hydraulic elevator for a long time, and has obtained a plentiful achievements. In order to quicken up the producing of the embedded controller, which applied to the VVVF hydraulic elevator, this project is put forward. The paper presents the overall architecture of the embedded controller at first, and then analyses the implementation approach of every function module block. In this paper, the technique of achieve high accuracy control voltage through PWM mode is verified by experiment. In order to improve the control performance of the embedded controller, the method of implementation of load pressure compensation and temperature compensation that based on piecewise linear difference is put forward in this paper. To compare with intelligent control algorithm, this method is more suitable for embedded controller of single chip processor.The main research contents are as follows.In chapter 1, the history of hydraulic elevator and the technique of VVVF hydraulic elevator are introduced. The research aim and significance are described.In chapter 2, the overall structure and principle of VVVF hydraulic elevator's control system are introduced at first. And then, the function of the embedded controller is described in this chapter.In chapter 3, the realize scheme of the embedded controller is expand, and the method of load pressure compensation and temperature compensation is put forward. At the last of this chapter some techniques of how to improve the anti interference of the embedded controller are discussed.In chapter 5, some conclusions are given and some new views are put forward in the future.
