Based on the method of micro-displacement measuring with lasers and CCDs,aspecial system,which is used to measure micro distortion of macro frame,caused bypayloads,is improved.The problem of original system error,caused by rotation ofone of the macro frame'S fulcrums,on which the laser emitters are put,has beensolved in the current system. Both fulcrums of the macro frame are supposed that there is no move on uprightdirection during working period.All positions,which would be measured,areseparated into two groups.In each group,laser emitters are put on one of the fulcrums,and on the other fulcrum is a laser receiver,with which the angle,caused by the laseremitters'rotation,could be calculated.With this angle,the distortions,gathered fromall positions by the other laser receivers in the group,could be rectified. A database system was designed in order to manage the distortion data efficiently.Relational database system of data,Paradox7 database management system andDelphi7 have been used. Standard step is used to design the database in order to avoid the dependance onexperience.Customs'requirements has been analysed.Database system is designedwith Entity—Relationship Appoach,and optimized.The current system has thecapabilities of data-capture,data—storage,query,calculation,drawing,printing,management of passwords,etc.
