The avionic equipment was being developed into precision and high-efficiency. The quality and reliability would be directly influenced by the dynamic performance of electronic equipment. For measuring the dynamic performance of electronic equipment exactly, it's necessary to perform a successful test of vibration to the electronic equipment. So, it was necessary to study the test means of the electronic equipment, especially in designing means of the fixture in vibration table.Firstly, this thesis explored the developed situation of the vibration test of the electronic equipment and the designing theories of the vibration table fixture used in the common project. Secondly, according to three kinds of theory - the vibration theory, the modal analysis theory and the finite element analysis theory, the thesis brought forward the means to select material in the fixture design and analyzed the characteristic of some means to manufacture and joint the fixture's parts. Thirdly, according to the substructure theory, the fixture was divided into two parts and some kinds of substructure were analyzed by making use of I-DEAS software. Base on these analyses to substructure, a whole structure was formed. Finally, by means of the test data of the whole fixture, the fixture structure and its finite element modal were all improved.For improving the dynamic performance of fixture, this thesis explored some means to improve the fixture and mainly discussed that the damp theory was applied in the fixture design. By comparing the dynamics equation of the elastic-viscoelastic composite structures with that of the correspondingly elastic structures, a simple method was brought forward to solve the dynamics equation of the elastic-viscoelastic composite structures after considered the practical situation, in which the influence of temperature and frequency of the viscoelastic material was considered. The dynamic performance of elastic-viscoelastic composite structures could be analyzed using the FEA software tool.Through the work of this project, it was preliminary formed that a series of theory and means about the fixture design and test. These theories would be of advantage to study further.
