| This dissertation introduces the survey and capability trait of the VI, and gives the studying significance. Through analyzing the key technology, including gathering date and anti-jamming technology, we design the testing instrument basing on the VI technology, then introduce the hardware design in detail, including the choice of the flux sensor and the pressure sensor, the theory of the PCL818HG and the PCLD8115. At the same time, we give the function finished in software. Finally, we validate the functions on the CA25D quiver roller, the result is nice. The instrument makes from integration module, if only choosing appropriate sensor, it can get the dynamic pressure, flux, temperature and the contaminated degree of the construction machine hydraulic system. All of the parameter is necessary to the fault diagnosis. |
