| This thesis introduces the concept of virtual instrument and its hardware and software structure, its characters and applications. It also compares the different features of some most popular projects. Then analyses the characteristics and problems of the present hydraulic system inspecting and testing system. We develops a system based on virtual instrument. The system use DAQ card to acquire physical signal coming from couples of sensors, than transmits the signal to computer by ISA BUS. the software of system deals with, displays, prints and saves the data. Its software uses the graphic programming language-Lab VIEW. The software of the system can control the data acquiring. And realize such function as the data display real-time, flitter real-time, alarming real-time, data analyzing, data saving and printing the report form. Furthermore the software is excellent in operating simply, manipulating handily and flexibly, perfect function and favorable human-machine interface. At last, the paper analyses the testing results finished on the CA25D roller. The conclusion can be drawn that this system is proved to be useful in engineering application. |
