Electro-hydraulic servo system consisting of the part of dealing with electric signals and the other part of outputting power is a closed-feedback controlling system and has a lot of advantages, such as high precision, quick response, controlling signals flexibly, large output power, compact structure, and light and so on. It is used in every industry field. Electro-hydraulic servo valve is the centre and key of the system, so it's performance infected directly not only the controlling precision and responding speed of the system but also the reliability and life of the system.The position feedback two grades servo vale's frequency width lies on the inherent frequency of the moving loop force actuator in the valve. However, the mass of the force actuator is big and the centred spring rigidity is low, the inherent frequency is low, which infects the valve's controlling precision and responding speed.So the paper discussed magnetic materials and magnetization orientation of permanent magnet, and simulated the electro-magnetic fields with ANSYS7.0. Finding the optimal results of simulation; we can get the same force with smaller and lighter permanent magnet. So the inherent frequency of force actuator became greater and also the valve's frequency width. Then the servo valve is optimized, and it's responding speed and controlling precision were improved, so is the property of the electro-hydraulic servo system.
