With the continuous development of science and technology,the development of intelligent valve has been made great progress.The requirements of the system and related control technology are becoming higher while the work condition became more complicate and the control need moor precision as well as the size become smaller needing larger thrust.Compared to the individual electric,pneumatic and hydraulic valves,the design of electro-hydraulic control valve has a wider range of open and close higher accuracy.But electro hydraulic servo control technology is a nonlinear and uncertain system that has time-variation parameters and external disturbance.It is hard to establish the accuracy mathematic model.The traditional PID controller which has matured algorithm,excellent stability is designed on model and is poor of anti-diterbance and adaptivity.It can hardly control the nonlinear and time-variant systems.In the article,electro hydraulic actuator system act as a object of study.According to given actual parameters,the valve electro hydraulic servo system has been bulided and model of each component of the system has been selected.The article has also bulided mathematical model of the system and the transfer function of the system is determined by the actual parameters.Decision that system is a stability system by the useing of frequency stability criterion.As the same time the article elaborated the theory of Fuzzy PID control algorithm and compareed with the theroy of traditional PID controller.On the basis of this,fuzzy PID controller for hydraulic servo system has been designed.Afetr taht,the physical model and control model of the system has been set up in AMEsim and Simulink.Using Matlab/Simulink joint simulation technology to study the operating characteristics of the system.Solved the problem of Hydraulic cylinder inlet flow fluctuations by adjusting the parameters of physical model and tuning of PID parameters,and good control effect is obtained.Simulation results show that compared with the PID control system,the electro-hydraulic servo fuzzy PID control system increases the response speed by about 18%.In this case,the fuzzy PID controller can meet the system requirements.The results provide a theoretical basis for the development and practical application of intelligent valve.
