| The paper introduces the design and development of electronic control system for diesel engine. Based on the hardware and software of the electronic control system and the calibration and demarcation for the diesel engine, the control tactic and the best control data are studied for diesel engine.On the base of analyzing some characteristics of diesel engine and absorbing some experience of diesel engine electronic control system in the world, the hardware of electronic control unit (ECU) for diesel engine is designed and developed based on MOTOROLA'S M68HCllE9micro controller unit. The sensors and performer are selected. The electromagnetic anti-interference of hardware and software is designed against the characteristics of diesel engine control system, and then as a result, the control system possesses the ability of the anti-interference strongly, preparing the electronic system practical utility. The problem of electromagnetic anti-interference is solved. During the process of software system, the design methods for real-time and concurrent system are used. When the every task is running, the real time can be meted and the real time task dispatch correctness of the diesel engine manage system is ensured finally. The control modules include start control, idle control, transitional control and diagnostics and so on.Experiments of calibration and demarcation for diesel engine have done. By adjusting the demarcation data and parameter again and again, the controlling data are ascertained at last, establishing the base for the final bench test of electronic control system.A lot of engine electronic control tests are proceeded 4100QBZ diesel engine. All the tests show that the electronic system for diesel engine can bring about the control function such as start control, idle control, transitional control and diagnostics and so forth, the electronic control system can work reliably, the designed control functions are achieved, and the diesel performance is improved. |
