| With the development of defended-Tank weapon and the emergence of new-style weapon, the higher request for Tank-Armor has been put forward, which demand the superior defended-bullet performance, lightweight performance, high-maneuverability, defended-fragments, defended-nucleus and so on. Contented above requests this project mainly researches the machining of light-composite-armor material.In this dissertation, the structure characteristics,N mechanical properties, machining mechanism and the machining characteristics of Kevlar Fibers Reinforced Polymer(KFRP) and Engineering Ceramics are analyzed. Considering the cost and the operation, based on traditional machining method, introduced a new-style tool -Brazing of Diamond Grinding Wheel to machine this type material, then analyzed the technology preponderance and braze welding mechanism of Brazing of Diamond Grinding Wheel.Finally, a great many of machining experimentations are done to optimize machining technology parameter and tool parameter. Experimental results proved that Brazing of Diamond Grinding Wheel can realize the effective machining of light-composite-armor material. This machining technology has a broad applied prospect. A kind of economical and practical machining method is put forward. |
