This thesis presents the stress,strain and failure researches on filament-wound composite engine shell of rocket bomb used by Solo Soldier Shoulder-launchered Weapon under the transient loads through studing the Composite Materials Mechanics and Composite Materials Structure Mechanics.The composite materials mechanics model can be got by composite materials tense experiment.To get the stress and strain by using the FEM soft ANSYS to establish,mesh,load,restrict and solve the model by small displacement transient.And it will provide the reference for optimizing design by solving the deferent kinds of layer stacking.Under the enough strength it can get the better intensity design by using finite element method to calculate the deferent kinds of layer stacking. The better design maybe lighten the engine shell to bring the flexibility and agility of Shoulder-launchered Weapon into play through using the high specific strength and stiffness of composite materials. |
