In this paper, the structure intension of one kind rocket and its parts enduring a large instant load is analyzed by using the software ANSYS, and the relevant structure optimize is also obtained.The distributions of stress is worked out by establishing the finite element models of parts of the rocket, according on correlative theory, necessarily adjust the structure which is not sound, analyze the extrusion action on the wall of rocket chamber acted by the large distortion propellant ,two kind structure projects of baffle are bring forward, after optimize the structure of the projects ,the best project is obtained.Moreover, the structural dynamics analysis model of the whole bomb is established, after calculating, the vibration models is also obtained.The research result of this paper can provide necessary reference for the structure design and optimize of the rocket enduring large instant loads.
