| In this paper a new technical scheme of vehicle with electronic control and hydrostatic drive is researched and its hydraulic system is designed. The new vehicle can greatly improve the fuel economy and active safety, reduce emission and so on. It's an innovational product with high techniques. As the increasing requirement of the fuel economy and environment protection, the new vehicle which has better fuel economy and less emission obviously has great demands and good prospects.The research work of this paper primarily includes:1. The arrangement of the chassis is analyzed and optimized.2. The hydraulic system is designed.3. The acceleration performance of the new vehicle is simulated and the starting torque is improved by inserting a transmission.4. The fuel economy of the new vehicle is simulated. According to the testing methods of the fueling consumption of our nation, the fueling consumption of the new vehicle installing the constant displacement pump or the variable displacement pump is calculated independently, and the cause of its fuel saving is analyzed.5. The basic performance between the new vehicle and the hybrid electric vehicle is studied. Through research, the hydraulic system has been preliminary developed. And also simulationsoftware of the acceleration performance and fuel economy of the new vehicle has been developed, which provides good foundation for the following work. |
