Since the reform and opening up,the construction of domestic railway passenger dedicated line has been accelerating,and the equipment and technology of carrying and transporting super large tonnage concrete box girder are increasingly required.1000 t wheel girder lifting machine is used for lifting,transferring and other work of large tonnage box girder and width beam,it adopts full hydraulic drive system,and equipped with modern advanced micro electric operation control mechanism,is a set of "machine,electricity,hydraulic" high-tech products.Based on the large demand and high demand for girder machine in China’s railway construction,but the import price of girder machine is expensive,the supply is not timely,and can not reasonably meet the market demand,this paper analyzes and studies the hydraulic driving system of girder machine in detail on the basis of the actual engineering and reference to the research technology at home and abroad.The main research results are as follows:(1)Firstly,the paper make research and analysis on girder machine system,calculate the girder machine under different conditions of load torque and system parameters such as resistance,in view of the girder machine will appear in the process of walking the drive wheels of the uneven,friction slip on,combined with the dynamic theory,put forward the volume walking speed,poor global power matching and the force differential control scheme of combining,To realize the goal of smooth running of the driving system of the beam lifting machine.(2)Then girder machine walking hydraulic drive system for mathematical modeling,it is not accurate mathematical model for multiple degrees of freedom,multilevel resonant load system problem,equivalent treatment strategies will more degrees of freedom is presented in this paper,multi-level equivalent resonant load system into a single quality single spring load system,the model is further joint real hydraulic system.(3)Finally,the model is built and simulated in AMESim.impact for girder machine system,traction performance,startup practical problems,such as using the model set up three kinds of system control signal when full load status of system pressure under different road conditions,driving wheel acceleration and speed response curves,The analysis shows that the stability of the hydraulic driving system can be effectively realized when the starting speed of the girder machine is more than 5s.After that,the pressure and speed tests are carried out to verify the correctness of the hydraulic drive system of the girder machine. |
