Along with industrial development, higher performance requirement have put forward for the control of hydraulic servo system, at the same time the system must be adaptive to bad environment. According to the change of electro-hydraulic element and control element ( servo valve , proportioning valve or digital valve ) producing some nonlinear factors, A kind of new controller provided with good nonlinear performance has been designed .On the basis of the hardware design of hydraulic servo system and system's model, a nonlinear PID controller based on neural network have been designed, the controller includes a nonlinear PID controller and two neural networks, The nonlinear PID controller is composed of nonlinear function and conventional PID controller ; One neural network (NNI) is used in nonlinear system discriminate to know, another neural network (NNC) is controller, The controller adopt a kind of new BP algorithm to improve the speed of learning, have realized the fastener of controlling algorithm.The results of simulation and test of actual system shows that the intelligent controller has good stability and robust, it can satisfy well the performance guideline of the project.
