Electricity-hydraulic servo system are widely used in industry process-control, because the electricity-hydraulic servo system which possess favorable flexible performance and adaptive capacity can fully exert the strongpoint both of electricity and hydraulic pressure. With the development of automatization technology and semiconductor manufacture technics, we need higher and higher control quality of the electricity-hydraulic servo system in many aspects, such as stability, celerity, veracity, self-adaptability, robusticity and so on. The controller of the electricity-hydraulic servo system is the most important part of the sjstem other dian servo valve and perform machine.The DSP technology is involved in many subjects and DSP have egregious developmental potential. This technology is far and wide used in many domains for instance communication system, information process, automation and military affairs. TMS320LF2407 DSP processor provide the process ability of low cost, low power, high performance, several advanced equipments are embedded in the 2407 chip, which can predigest the design of system. The instruction cycle of 2407 is shortened to 33ns, which fulfill the demand of real time. Why the TMS320LF2407 DSP processor is choosed to be the core part of electricity-hydraulic servo system controller is just because the 2407 DSP's excellent performance in the field of digtal control.In tfiis paper, the main work is to develop a kind of digital electricity-hydraulic servo system controller according to the current closed loop control theory and the PID control arithmetic. Not only the components of the servo system controller are discussed in this paper, but also the ADC, DAC, SCI communication sub system etc of the controller are designed based on the DSP. The structure of all the sub system are analysed theoretically, and meantime all the sub system and the whole controller are practically tested, and the performance of sub system and the controller are proved. In this paper, the message mechanism in the Windows surroundings and the Win32 communication technology are discussed. And a Upper computer control program is programmed with Delphi, this control program can commendably control the digital controller and incept the feedback.
