The paper relates to the extinction properties of red phosphorus mixtures - combustion smoke in the infrared spectrum . The agent of the mixtures consist of red phosphorus, potassium nitrate, magnesium powder, chloride; and the combustion smoke is mixed with solid and liquid particles .In the 8-14um infrared region , the ability of radiation impenetrable in the smoke is 11.2% . Calculation of the extinction properties , the production of burning the red phosphorus mixtures and the composition of smoke is the function .In the extinction course, the red phosporus-derived smoke liquid particles are the function , and the solid particles are usefull .this result comes from the analyse of the effection to the extinction properties from the composition, density and the liquid particles diameter of the mixture smoke .
