Intelligent Electronic Test System Applied Research

Intellectual testing system is a production combining auto testing technique with computer technique. With the development and increasing and wide application of wireless electronics, the requirements are more serious, such as in very large integrated circuit produce and study, it can not be achieved by manual that using intellectual testing system implements the test .Computerlization,, normalization, networklization are the three major trend of development of the intellectual testing system.The question comes from the construction of the main laboratory of nation's 211 project . In this text the general situation , theory and developing trend of intellectual instrument and intellectual test system is firstly talked about. Second, the groupware technology of intellectual electron testing system is discussed in detail in the aspect of interface technology, IO technology, virtual instrument technology. Afterwards, it is analysised and researched minutely that the basic characteristic , the inner running principle and configuration the performance guideline of the intellectual signal generation testing system and intellectual spectrum analysis testing system , and the programming and designing of these two testing system is also researched especially. Utilizing GPIB standard bus (or RS-232 serial port), Agilent interface card and software implements the data communication between PC and instruments, and that is the basic framework of an intellectual testing system. In order to take full advantage of this system, experiments of electrics, electronics, and communication can be demonstrated and designed.
