Research On The Strategy Of Intellectual Property Protection In Construction Industry

The innovation and development of enterprises are inseparable from the protection of intellectual property rights.On the basis of innovation,construction enterprises should pay attention to the protection of patents,trademarks and works to gain market competitive advantage.The level of intellectual property protection is very important for the development of China’s construction industry.It is unfair to the construction enterprises in the stage of innovation and development if intellectual property protection is not in place.As an innovative construction enterprise,we should also raise awareness of intellectual property rights,cultivate intellectual property talents,and establish an intellectual property department while focusing on product research and development,so as to promote the company’s effective response to various market changes under the trend of transformation in the construction industry.However,due to the late launch of China’s building intellectual property protection,intellectual property protection often has its own name in the construction industry and cannot meet the requirements of the construction industry at this stage.The lack of intellectual property protection will dampen the enthusiasm of the overall construction industry for innovative research,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of China’s construction industry,and is not conducive to the improvement of China’s construction industry in the international overall.In order to optimize the intellectual property protection strategy of construction enterprises in the innovation and development,this paper takes A enterprise as the research object,and analyzes the problems and causes in the protection of intellectual property rights,and proposes the strategy from the enterprise itself: adjust the protection of intellectual property rights.The strategic goal is to change the “defensive” intellectual property protection into “offensive” intellectual property protection;to combine the needs of enterprise technology development,to set different types of protection strategies for different types of intellectual property rights;to adjust the training structure of intellectual property talents,Strengthen the cultivation ratio of practical and compound intellectual property talents;rationally select intellectual property management methods and enhance business value.At the same time,it puts forward suggestions from the government’s point of view: improving the legislative system of intellectual property rights,optimizing the application channels for intellectual property rights,and improving the level of administrative law enforcement.Only by establishing a sound intellectual property strategy within the enterprise and the joint role of the external environment of the government can we promote the improvement of intellectual property protection in the innovation and development of Chinese enterprises.
