Study On The Spectrum Analyzer Measuring And Testing System

Spectrum analyzer is used widely in XSLC,so desiring the spectrum analyzer measuring and testing system is having oneness and veracity. This article focuses on the following:①discussing the key parameter and term according to IEC standard of 714;②studying the basis hard and soft of building spectrum analyzer measuring and testing system, analyzing it's feasibility;③studying the bus interface technology of system;④studying how to building DLL and calling DLL in data gather system;⑤studying the empolder of data gather driver;⑥studying how to create and print report forms in VI. the author firstly introduce the development of spectrum analyzer, and specifying science and practicality meaning of empolder the spectrum analyzer measuring and testing system, sum up characteristic and innovation of the spectrum analyzer measuring and testing system; Secondly,discussing the principle of hardware using, specifying the control theory and function of signal fountain, cymometer, power meter, GPIB BUS and GPIB data gather card, expounding the hiberarchy of software; Third,studying the sixty-four-dollar question of building the spectrum analyzer measuring and testing system, building DLL, writing the driver of data gather card and come into being and printing report forms; Lastly , software configuration while building an automatic testing system , fundamental functions to be accomplished when testing software and their realization approaches are studied by virtual instrument technology and a virtual control on the instruments is realized through programmed.
