Now an important method of insulated monitor to full of oil electric equipment such as transformer is to test the gas, which is dissolved in the insulated oil by means of DGA. This method prevents many faults of transformer successfully. But it can only be used in the laboratory. Following the incessant development of technology, transformer on-line fault monitor system can monitor the dynamic movement of gas in oil. It becomes the effective complement and is applied more and more widely.In this thesis, Firstly the structure and constitute of transformer incipient fault on-line monitor system is introduced. According to the local demand, the synthetical application of more communication ways in data collection and transmission is emphasized. Secondly the work theory, hardware structure and main character of transformer on line monitor equipment- intelligent collector are stated in detail. Security, stabilization and credibility are the main specialties of hardware on the spot. Thirdly, after comparing to other monitor technology, summarize the main character of transformer monitor, the design thought and program flow of software system, database structure design, main function and realized method of every software module is expatiated. In the end the actual application and preventing failure of transformer of this system on the spot is mentioned.According to practical application status, this transformer on-line monitor system can reduce accident venture greatly, advance the level of state maintenance, promote equipment's supervise and management. It is a forceful method, which can be used in setting actual problems of power customer and advancing running and management. |
