Overall Urban Planning And Urban Transportation Planning "integration" Prepared

Nowadays, a series of problems brought by urban traffic have become the main obstacles that restrict urban development of many cities. Urban land-use layout is the source of urban trip generation; However, current urban transportation planning only is made out and organized on base of the existing urban land-use layout, which has not combined with the future urban land-use layout very well. As a result, urban planning and urban transportation planning formed independent system respectively, and it is difficult to join them or carry out them at the same time. So, it is necessary to study this.This dissertation, through analyzing the conflicts between urban exploitation and construction and urban traffic, and the planning workout system and tasks of current urban planning and urban transportation planning, thinks that the separation between urban land-use layout and urban transportation planning is one of the most important reasons that bring complex traffic problems. And on the basis of above, it farther analyzes the connection each other, and draws a conclusion that they must be united, be worked out with simultaneity and synchronization, and develop with supplement each other between the urban land-use layout and urban transportation planning. Finally, through analyzing the tasks and characteristics in deferent phases of urban master planning, the dissertation founds an integrated workout mechanism between urban master planning and urban transportation planning, and then applies it to the urban master planning in the city of De Lingha.
