Research On Urban Strategic Transportation Planning And Critical Strategic Model

Purpose of the urban strategic transportation planning is to harmonize the connection between traffic system and society with foresight aiming at the program moment of city planning. Strategic transportation model is the basis for strategic planning, to minimize the complexity and expense of the analysis for determining the Specific strategic program in the strategic planning process.With regards to some shortcomings of the current strategic transportation model methods,the paper makes a more comprehensive study of strategic transportation model including the layout of land use, transportation development patterns, road network layout, passenger corridor and so on.Firstly, the main problems in the strategic planning area and the usual solutions are discussed, following by, the special attributes as grading and stability of transport strategy are characterized, and then the paper discusses the scenario analysis methods to show the need for strategies testing. Into the bargain, the process and frame of strategic transportation model are analyzed, and the sub area, population, station and such research are emphasized to provide a basis to build a strategic model. Finally, some key models of urban land use, transport patterns, road network layout and passenger corridors are set up with examples to test the reliability and usefulness of the model.In this paper, on the basis of the study of theoretical modeling strategy, combining empirical research method, the strategy model and algorithm are chosen for showing the methods of quantitative analysis with strategic planning.
