Study On Some Problems And Method In Non-urban Development Land Planning

At present, planning system in our country has being on stage which urban planning has been turning to urban-rural-planning, studying on non-urban development land planning is very important. Based on analyzing problem for non-urban development land planning and constructing, studying on classification of non-urban development land, refer to the planning theory and practicing, the non-urban development land system guiding thinking, working solution, layer depth, management or applying un-urban development land policy has been put forward in this dissertation. Ihis article trys to find out the way to solute the problems of rural economics, community and environment coordination development on the planning layer.
