Urban Ecological Traffic Planning Theory And Methods

With rapid development of urbanization and industrialization, the demands of urban transportation has increased urgently and the problems have come to being that the quality of transportation environment has become worsening. Urban transportation has become the restriction factor of the improvement of the urban economic and the people's living standard. Under the background of imbalance between supply and demand of city traffic, traffic environment pollution, energy consuming and many other problems, the paper scans the change way of urban transportation planning from many points of view, to exploit the theory and method of urban transportation planning. Under the guidance of the thoughtfulness, the paper renews the opinions of urban traffic problems in many countries, the value conceptions, objects and the evaluating standard of urban eco-transportation system are put forward, on base of up conclusion, the paper brings forward the theory frame-saw of urban eco- transportation planning. In addition, the paper analyses the connection between urban space and transportation and studies the method to measure the impact of urban traffic on nature. The optimizing models of urban traffic structure is designed based on the ecological-footprint, that abundances the urban transportation planning theory, but also affects the solves of urban traffic problems fundamentally.
