Modified Asphalt Technology

With the rapid development in domestic road communication, it has required increasingly higher-quality road asphalt materials. Modified asphalt has been widely applied because of its superior performance in technology and economy. But since modified asphalt technology is a complicated and developing entire system, it seems very important to do some research on its engineering applicability.The thesis made a study on the engineering applicability to the modified asphalt and its trend based upon the research of home and aibroad. This thesis also did some qualitative analysis on the influence of modified equipment processing technology parameters to the modified asphalt characteristic parameters, and founded a modified equipment system model in mathematic method and by computer tools. By the researches mentioned, the paper gives some reference opinions of the application of the modified asphalt technology.
