The concrete pump truck is used as one of the main equipments that transports concrete. The vibration and dependability directly influence the progress of construction progress. In this paper, one concrete pump truck made by some corporation is used as an object of study. DEWE-3010 acquirement system is used to measure the pump in the way of dynamic stress, and proper frequency. Data processing software developed in the typical virtual instruments engineering developing environment, could analyze data acquired by DEWE-3010 acquirement system. In the progress of dynamic stress analyzed, calculating the frequency of different work condition, compared with the result of hydraulic pressure system test, we can draw a conclusion that two results compare fit together. The first proper frequency of pump away from work frequency, this could explain why the pump vibration is reduced. Compared with the result of two times tests, we could find the system vibration to be reduced in evidence, verify the correctness of previous work, completely fulfilled the task commissioned by the corporation.
